RWA Automotive are delighted to announce promotions to its leadership team, strengthening its commercial, partnership, and product solutions capabilities as the company continues to scale and support customers across the automotive retail ecosystem.
These appointments recognise standout performance and reinforce RWA Automotive’s focus on customer outcomes, innovation, and data-driven growth.
Beth Isaacs has been promoted to Director of Commercial and Partnerships following a period of strong commercial execution that helped drive 45% company growth over the last two years. In her expanded remit, Isaacs will also assume responsibility for Customer Success, ensuring customers are demonstrably more successful through proactive support and measurable outcomes.
Laura Murphy has been promoted to Director of Product Solutions. Well known to RWA Automotive’s PriceSmart and OEM customers, Murphy will now assume overall responsibility for key product solution areas, including IgniteSales & IgniteRetention and IgniteAftersales.
