Now for the detail...
John Clark was using three different systems to log vehicle product and insurance sales: Enquiry Max, Dealerweb, and Pinnacle. Each system had its own reporting issues, and there was no unified report across the three systems.
This inconsistency led to significant internal efforts to gather and analyse data, causing reports to become quickly outdated and diverting valuable time from achieving desired outcomes.
Sales controllers had to manually enter data, leading to errors and double keying. Mid-month accurate data was only available from Pinnacle, not from the other showroom systems.
They needed a new F&I dashboard that could automate these streams, remove manual work and drive efficiency across their sales department.
What did we do...
Our team already had a creative and collaborate working relationship with John Clark Motor Group. We understood the demands of their business and what they needed. The F&I team required a clean dashboard that easily enabled them to visualise their F&I targets and efforts throughout each month.
After workshop sessions to identify every data point required, an automated report was created showcasing both weekly and monthly figures. Teams became more efficient as the need for manual reporting was removed completely. The ability to view accurate mid-month data ensured teams were able to make necessary adjustment before the month closed.
These automated reports assisted the incentive approach to F&I in John Clark Motor Group as they instigated new programmes to keep staff engaged. Through their hard work and commitment, and constant use of the new reports and dashboards, they delivered a growth of 36% in non-insured maintenance plans within the first 6 months of use.
