The Automotive Management Live 2021 was a huge success! This was the first in-person event we exhibited at since the pandemic and we were delighted to be part of this great show! It was amazing to be able to meet new friends and catch up with our old friends face to face again. We want to thank everyone who dropped by our stand on the day.
During the show, we introduced our new solution PriceSmart, a tool that helps dealer groups to optimise their used car pricing and maximise the margins. We also enhanced our IgniteSales Solution and IgniteAftersales Solution to accommodate the changing needs of the motor retail industry. RWA’s solutions pull data from multiple systems into one place and provide dealer groups the real time insights using data analytics so they can make timely and critical decisions with the right information to maximise their profits and opportunities. It is the one place where dealer groups can manage all their operations.
In the Operational Excellence Theatre, RWA’s Automotive COO, Neil Murphy gave a presentation alongside Paul Keatley, Client Development Director at Auto Trader, on Used vehicle acquisition on data steroids. In this seminar, Neil and Paul gave an overview of the current used car marketplace and shared their insights on how dealers can maximise their used cars opportunities & profits through stock acquisition and price optimisation. With the right tool, dealers can generate an additional £300 per car in margins on average and increasing margins without increasing days to sell.
