Will you train my team?

Yes! Throughout the implementation phase we will host a series of workshops with relevant project stakeholders. The solution works best when aligned with your business goals and the workshops are designed to ensure these are met. During go live we host workshops with all end users to ensure everyone is comfortable with the reports and dashboards. Post project implementation, we will have regular catch ups with your team to ensure they’re using the solution to the best standard.

Will you support us after the project is finished?

Yes! Our product team can be contacted at all times for support and assistance as required. The relationship we build with our customers is very important to us and we pride ourselves on delivering top class support to you as your BI needs change or evolve over time. This is included in the cost of subscription, no additional charge!

What about improvements and upgrades?

The product is continually improved and upgraded as part of our ongoing product development cycle, ensuring customers always have the most up to date analytics as needed in the marketplace.

Can we customise our Vehicle Add On Products depending on what we sell?

Yes, once the product is sold on the vehicle, we can customise your reports with the products you sell, if they change, we can update and remove products as needed.

Can we exclude specific Sale types by default from our reports for example Trade?

Of course, we can default your reports to exclude sale types as needed.

Can we recategorize our used stock?

Yes, if the standard categorization doesn't meet your needs, we'll discuss alternatives during implementation to find the best fit.

Can our targets be done by sales type?

Yes, we can show your targets by dealership, sales type, new and used as standard.

Is my data safe?

Your data is secured with us. The cloud-based application, and our company is ISO 27001 certified which is the highest certification available. Audits are conducted twice a year by the certification authority. This gives you the assurance that your sensitive data is safe with us.

How many people can have access to my reports?

There is a fixed amount of login accounts (viewing users) delivered depending on the size of your company. As many people you like can get reports delivered to them by email.

We are an independent dealership. Can we avail of IgniteSales?

Unfortunately no, our product is catered towards groups of 4 sites or more at this time.
